Service Description

A 6 week course covering everything you'll need to know in order to keep your own bees. Each session is 2 hours long and we'll cover the lifecycle of the bee, bee behaviours, setting up an apiary, pests and diseases and the beekeeping year. All sessions are practical so you gain hands on experience and build your confidence from day 1. We provide a beesuit and gloves but ask that you wear long trousers and wellies or walking boots to protect your ankles and avoid the mud.
