Covering the history of beekeeping before donning a beesuit and going through a hive.
Bee suits provided
We provide a bee suit and all the tools you'll need. All you have to bring are some boots and enthusiasm.
Small groups
You'll be part of a group of up to 8 people and will be split into smaller groups as we go through the hives so everyone gets to be hands on.
Spot the Queen
We aim to see the queen during your hive visit but it's never a guarantee.

Six 2hr Sessions
Group sessions where you'll be in a group of 8 max, dates can be found on the 'Courses' page. Private sessions can be booked to your schedule. We suggest once a week but can accomodate most requests.
PDF Booklet
You'll recieve a booklet covering everything you'll learn on the course. You can use this to study ahead each week and refer back to if you start keeping your own bees.
